Your wedding planning experience is about to become more elegant, more sophisticated, and more you. It’s our honor to play a role in your special day; we promise we don’t take that responsibility lightly.
What to expect
REGULAR COMMUNICATION
You’ll be hearing from us regularly. How regularly, of course, depends on you. Would you prefer to check-in once a week? Once a month? You set the pace. Regardless of how often we talk on the phone or meet up, you’ll always have access to our team via email.
EXPERT RESOURCES
Your online planning portal is packed with our exclusive templates and resources like a budget tracker, guest tracker, and more. While you’re welcome to play with these on your own, know that our team will also keep them updated as your planning experience progresses.
VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS
There are a million wedding vendors out there, but only a few true professionals who we recommend to our couples, and even a smaller few that we recommend specifically for you based on your investment and style.

First Meeting

Every wedding is unique, but here’s the typical timeline we’ll follow to help you plan your wedding:
Client Questionnaire
Filling out this questionnaire will help us gather all the details we need about you in one place.
Primary Vendor Booking
It’s time to book the most important vendors for your wedding day: venue, catering, florals & décor, photographer, videographer, and more.
Secondary Vendor Booking
With most of the investment accounted for and some design elements established, it’s time to book additional vendors for stationery, cake, transportation, and more.
Announcement
About three months pre-wedding is the best time to work on your announcements, including developing a guest list, sending invitations, and setting up a wedding website and registry.
Confirmations
Our team will take the lead on all vendor logistics, including confirming with each of the vendors and sharing the timeline with them. If you booked a rehearsal dinner add-on, we’ll also work on that during this time.
Wedding
Whether you’re celebrating all week or for just one day, our team will be there to make sure it all goes smoothly. We’ll be your point-people for the rehearsal and the wedding so you can enjoy the festivities stress-free.
You’ll notice there aren’t any specific breaks set in the wedding planning process. That’s because this occurs naturally throughout your months of planning as you go on vacations, celebrate holidays, and as we check major items off of your to-do list.

Outside of regular calls, email is our most preferred method of communication, and you have unlimited email access to us from now until your wedding.
