Your online planning portal is packed with our exclusive templates and resources like a budget tracker, guest tracker, and more. While you’re welcome to play with these on your own, know that our team will also keep them updated as your planning experience progresses.
VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS
There are a million wedding vendors out there, but only a few true professionals who we recommend to our couples, and even a smaller few that we recommend specifically for you based on your investment and style.

It’s time to book the most important vendors for your wedding day: venue, catering, florals & décor, photographer, videographer, and more.
With most of the investment accounted for and some design elements established, it’s time to book additional vendors for stationery, cake, transportation, and more.
About three months pre-wedding is the best time to work on your announcements, including developing a guest list, sending invitations, and setting up a wedding website and registry.
Our team will take the lead on all vendor logistics, including confirming with each of the vendors and sharing the timeline with them. If you booked a rehearsal dinner add-on, we’ll also work on that during this time.
Whether you’re celebrating all week or for just one day, our team will be there to make sure it all goes smoothly. We’ll be your point-people for the rehearsal and the wedding so you can enjoy the festivities stress-free.
You’ll notice there aren’t any specific breaks set in the wedding planning process. That’s because this occurs naturally throughout your months of planning as you go on vacations, celebrate holidays, and as we check major items off of your to-do list.
